Seattle Area Delta Gamma Alumnae Chapter

To access a form, click on the highlighted title.  A form will open on your computer, and you can fill it out and then print.  For Windows 2000 users, you might see a pop-up screen asking for a password.  Just click on OK without entering a password and the form should be displayed.

 Address and Email Update:  Use this tool to become a member of our alumnae group or update your information.  This will automatically send an email to our vp membership, so that you get your newsletter at the right address!  You can also update your email address so that you get our periodic email reminders and information.

 Expense Worksheet: Use this sheet to fill out approved expenses for reimbursment.

 Virtual Hannah Application: Fill out either the alumnae or collegiate form and get paired with a fabulous DG sister!

 Volunteer Sign-Up:  Use this on-line form to sign up for volunteer events.  There is a Seattle Area DG Challenge this year for each member to sign up for at least one volunteer event.  Let's do good in our community!  For more information, email vp Foundation.

 Special Interest Group Survey:  Use this on-line form to provide your input for special interest groups in our chapter.  If you are looking for some bridge partners or a new mom's group, tell us about it!  If we have enough interest, we'll coordinate the start-up of a new DG special interest group!  For more information, email Sarah Hunt.

 Reporting Volunteer Hours:  You can submit your volunteer hours on-line.  Your hours will automatically be submitted to the vp: Foundation.  We keep track of the number of volunteer hours spent by our chapter, and use it to apply for Delta Gamma awards. 

 Sponsorship Form:  This is a link to the sponsorship form on Anchors online.  Use this form to sponsor a woman for collegiate membership.  You can either download this form to your computer, or print it out.  Please mail or email it to the appropriate chapter listed on this page.  If the form is for a chapter in Region 7 (Oregon, Idaho, Washington, Utah, Nevada, Montana, Colorado, Alaska, Wyoming and Canada: Alberta and British Columbia), then please email communications@seattledg.com, to let her know who you sponsored.  We are keeping track of each woman sponsored by our chapter.
